Wimperium LLC ("Wimperium", "we", "us") publishes mobile and web apps. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit https://wimperium.net or use our mobile and web apps. Each app may add details specific to that app in its store listing.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your email address and message when you contact us, and account details you choose to provide inside an app.
Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash reports and aggregated usage statistics, used to keep our services working and improve them.
Purchase information: if an app offers paid features, payments are processed by Apple, Google or our payment providers. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your full payment card details.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain our apps and website, respond to your requests, process subscriptions and purchases, keep our services secure, fix bugs, understand how features are used, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers
We share limited information with providers that help us run our services, such as app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play), subscription management (for example RevenueCat), payment processing (for example Stripe), hosting, email delivery and crash or analytics tools. Where an app lets you create an account, you can request deletion of the account and its data by contacting us at the address above.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Wimperium is based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page or within the relevant app.
